The Village of DeForest Board of Trustees sets policies, adopts ordinances, and approves the annual budget to guide the village's development and provide essential services. They also appoint village officials, like the Village Administrator, and review strategic plans and other important decisions to ensure the community's well-being and future growth. The board is the elected governing body that holds public meetings to listen to residents, discuss community issues, and make decisions that affect the community.
